Iginiit ni presiding officer Chiz Escudero na hindi dapat ma-distract ang impeachment court sa mga pahayag o pag-aalburoto ng sinuman sa loob o labas ng hukuman.
Ayon kay Escudero, mananatiling nakatuon ang impeachment court sa kanilang tungkulin at hindi papatol sa anumang pahayag na inilalabas ng sinuman habang nagpapatuloy ang paglilitis kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
