The innermost lane of westbound Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City will be closed to the public from Oct. 27-29.
The Department of Transportation said the temporary closure during select hours, from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., is to pave the way for the unloading and lifting of Metro Rail Transit-7 escalators and elevators.
The DOTr said five lanes will remain passable.
"We seek the public's cooperation and understanding for the temporary inconvenience as the government continues its efforts to provide a better and more reliable commuting experience for Filipino commuters through an enhanced public transport system," the DOTr said.
