A 4.1-magnitude earthquake hit Surigao del Sur on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 9:40 p.m.
The epicenter was 86 km northeast of Lingig.
The depth of focus was three kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
