The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a low pressure area off Eastern Visayas.
PAGASA said some rains, meanwhile, are expected in parts of the country due to the shear line affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon and the northeast monsoon affecting the rest of Northern Luzon.
Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte, in particular, will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Negros Island Region, Central and Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao and Caraga will experience the same conditions.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Batanes, meanwhile, will have party cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
PAGASA said Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Southern and Central Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
