The Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Mindanao and Palawan.
The northeasterly windflow, meanwhile, is affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said, as a result, Mindanao, Negros Island Region, Central Visayas, Palawan, and Southern Leyte will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Flashfloods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.
Batanes, Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora, meanwhile, will have cloudy skies with rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
PAGASA said the northern and eastern sections of Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.
The entire country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
