Most of Luzon and Visayas, Zamboanga del Norte, Misamis Occidental, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Dinagat Islands, Davao Occidental, and Davao Oriental will experience the same conditions tomorrow.
On Wednesday, the same conditions will prevail over most of Luzon and Visayas, Camiguin, Dinagat Islands, Basilan, Sulu, Lanao del Norte, Davao Occidental, and Davao Oriental.
As for "Obet," with international name "Saudel," PAGASA said it will continue moving generally west northwestward.
It said it is expected to pass close or make landfall over the southern islands of Japan between tomorrow and Wednesday before moving generally westward and making landfall over the southeastern coast of mainland China by Friday.
