The trough of Tropical Storm "Choi-Wan" is affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Mindanao, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.
The rest of Visayas, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience the same conditions, this time, due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA said the entire country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
