Kinumpirma ni House lead prosecutor Rep. Gerville Luistro na hindi na ihaharap sa witness stand si Trillanes. Nauna nang sinabi ng prosecution na maaari sanang tumestigo si Trillanes kaugnay sa mga alegasyon ng unexplained wealth laban kay VP Sara Duterte.
