Kinondena ng PDP-LABAN ang administrasyong Marcos sa diumano'y paggamit ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno para gipitin ang mga nasa lehitimong oposisyon, matapos magpalabas ng warrant of arrest laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
Giit ng PDP-LABAN, naglalagay umano ang pamahalaan ng mga opisyal na matapat sa kanila sa mahahalagang posisyon sa gobyerno para gamitin laban sa mga kumokontra sa umano'y korapsyong nagmumula mismo sa Palasyo.
“The blatant attempt to decimate the political Opposition is disingenuous yet obvious: appoint people beholden to the present administration to key positions in government agencies, and use these agencies as weapons of mass harassment against those who dare oppose the prevailing corruption masterminded by the Palace,” pahayag ng partido.
