MANILA, Philippines — Passengers traveling through Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 are advised to expect brief power interruptions from August 24 to 26 as scheduled maintenance work is carried out on the terminal’s electrical system.
The interruptions are scheduled at specific times during the three-day period and are expected to last around 10 minutes each.
Airport authorities said backup power will remain available for critical systems while the maintenance is underway.
Passengers are nevertheless advised to plan ahead and allow extra time at the airport in case some facilities or services are temporarily affected.
