A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Friday, Oct. 16.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the earthquake hit at 8:18 p.m.
Its epicenter was located 51 km southeast of Don Marcelino.
Its depth of focus was 32 km.

Intensity III - Don Marcelino, Davao Occidental; Malungon, Sarangani
Intensity II - Malapatan, Sarangani; Malita and Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental; Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental
Intensity I - City Of General Santos
Instrumental Intensities:
Intensity III - Don Marcelino, Davao Occidental; Malungon, Sarangani
Intensity II - Malapatan, Sarangani
Intensity I - City of Digos, Davao Del Sur; Jose Abad Santos and Santa Maria; Davao Occidental; Matanao, Davao Del Sur
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
