The Department of Transportation (DOTr), in partnership with other government agencies, is offering Libreng Sakay on July 22 to provide free transportation services to commuters affected by transport strikes in some areas.
According to the DOTr, the initiative follows the President's directive to ensure the public has safe, accessible, and reliable transportation while the transport strikes are ongoing.
