A 4.3-magnitude earthquake hit Cagayan on Saturday, Oct. 31.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 9:31 p.m.
Its epicenter was located 13 km northwest of Fuga Island.
The depth of focus was 10 km.
