Nag-alinlangan si Senator-judge Juan Miguel Zubiri sa pagharap ni Police Maj. Joericson Sangalang bilang witness sa ika-30 araw ng impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte ngayong Lunes, Setyembre 28.
Ayon kay Zubiri, nais nilang matiyak ang relevance ng testimonya ni Sangalang at hinihintay nila ang mas mahalagang ebidensiyang ilalahad sa paglilitis.
“We just wanna make sure of the relevance of this particular evidence because many of us are firearms owners here, if not all members of the Senate... I don’t see there’s any violation that I feel would happen if they do that, if the Vice President done that.”
“We’re looking for the bigger evidence that they want to present, if any. Sabi nga ni Senator Lacson, ‘yung malaking paputok naging kwitis. ’Yung malaking paputok umabot sa atomic bomb kung meron, ’yan ang gusto nating malaman.”
