Iniulat ng People’s Budget Coalition na kabilang sa mga distritong may pinakamalaking dagdag na pondo para sa mga proyekto ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa susunod na taon ang distrito ni Batangas 2nd District Representative Gerville Luistro.
Ayon sa grupo, umaabot umano sa ₱1.3 bilyon ang budget insertion sa distrito ng mambabatas.
Depensa naman ni Luistro, hindi siya lumahok sa pagbuo ng budget dahil abala raw siya sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
