A 5.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Sunday, July 12.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake -- an aftershock of the June 7.8-magnitude offshore Sarangani and 6.5-magnitude offshore Davao Occidental earthquake --- hit at 1:49 a.m.
The epicenter was 67 km southwest of Sarangani.
The depth of focus was 10 km.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
