Classes on Saturday, Sept. 12, are suspended in some areas due to the effects of the southwest monsoon affecting parts of the country.
The following are covered by the suspension:
Dagupan, Pangasinan: all levels; public and private schools
San Fernando, Pampanga: all levels; public and private schools; however, the implementation of alternative delivery methods is encouraged
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the southwest monsoon is affecting Central and Southern Luzon, and Western Visayas.
