The southwest monsoon is still affecting Luzon and Visayas.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Zambales and Bataan will experience monsoon rains.
Flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and intense rains are possible.
Pangasinan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, and Occidental Mindoro, meanwhile, will have occasional rains.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Western Visayas, while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are expected over the rest of Visayas and Mindanao.
The entire country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
