A 4.9-magnitude earthquake hit Davao Occidental on Sunday, July 19.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake that struck at 4:19 p.m. was an aftershock of the June 7.8-magnitude offshore Sarangani and 6.5-magnitude Davao Occidental tremor.
Its epicenter was 18 km southwest of Balut Island.
