The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a severe tropical storm outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
PAGASA said "Dujuan" is located 2110 km east northeast of extreme Northern Luzon.
It is moving west northwestward at 15 km/h.
According to PAGASA, a low pressure area is also being monitored outside PAR but it is "unlikely" to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
PAGASA said the LPA is located 155 km south southwest of Pagasa Island in Kalayaan, Palawan.
"All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA," PAGASA said.
