Staff and students at Xinmin Secondary School in Singapore were evacuated on Thursday (August 13) morning following a bomb hoax, local media outlet Channel News Asia (CNA) reported.
CNA said parents were informed that the school had been evacuated at about 8:30 a.m. (0030 GMT) after authorities were alerted to a "potential bomb threat".
Police officers were seen at the scene, with school corridors cordoned off while officers searched the premises.
The school later said regular lessons resumed after no suspicious items were found and the campus was declared safe.
