BTS has officially sold out their upcoming two-night “Arirang” World Tour at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan, leaving hundreds of thousands of fans in virtual lines and sparking an immediate demand for additional dates.
Local promoter Live Nation Philippines confirmed that the general public ticket on-sale, which opened on Thursday, June 11, 2026, was completely exhausted within a matter of minutes. The South Korean supergroup is scheduled to perform on March 13 and 14, 2027. The highly anticipated shows represent the full group's monumental return to the country after a decade-long hiatus since their 2017 "Wings Tour".
Within hours of the sold-out announcement, the phrases "BTS DAY 3 FOR MANILA" and "Bulacan Day 3" began trending nationally on X (formerly Twitter). Devastated fans are pleading with Live Nation Philippines and BigHit Music to expand the tour leg to include a third and fourth date.
The overwhelming ticket demand is a recurring theme for the "Arirang" tour. Earlier this year, Ticketmaster Mexico reported over 1.1 million fans waiting in line for just 150,000 tickets, prompting Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum to request additional shows from South Korea. Similarly, the tour's North American and European legs were completely booked months ahead of schedule.
March 2027 is officially poised to turn the Philippines into a massive "purple ocean," though the promoter has yet to comment on whether local fans will get their wish for extra dates.
