Ibinaba ng impeachment court ang 16-vote threshold para sa conviction sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Sa botong 13 affirmative at isang negative, pinaboran ang apela ni Senator-judge Erwin Tulfo na nagpapawalang-bisa sa ruling ni Presiding Officer Chiz Escudero noong Hulyo 6.
Hindi lumahok sa botohan sina Senator-judges Alan Peter Cayetano, Pia Cayetano, Bong Go, Imee Marcos, Robin Padilla at Camille Villar.
