As heavy rains and flooding affected communities across the Philippines, members of SCAN International (Society of Communicators and Networkers) stepped up to help residents affected by rising floodwaters.
In Panginay, Balagtas, Bulacan South, SCAN International members joined rescue and assistance efforts, helping families navigate difficult and dangerous conditions brought by the floods.
With courage, compassion and a commitment to serve, the volunteers worked alongside others on the ground to assist affected residents and help bring them to safety.
Their efforts reflect the spirit of community service and solidarity as families continue to cope with the impact of widespread flooding.
